The creativity of the cover design far surpassed my initial ideas. Colors and hue are perfect, and the designer patiently addressed my change requests until I was satisfied. The designer even took on design of part I and II dividers and did a great job with those. The design service's process of replying to the designer after each version by messaging, as opposed to direct email exchanges, is a little clunky.
